I've always had a good experience here, the doctors and staff are helpful and friendly. There's normally a wait to get an appointment, but that's normal across all surgeries. You can make an appointment request through the online portal. Limited amount of parking.

Honestly, the Bourne End and Wooburn Green Medical Centre (as it is now known) are just wonderful. I consider myself to be hugely lucky to have them.

Worst surgery Ive been a part of yet. Sit on the phone on hold for over an hour constantly. Redirected to online forms and loads of grumpy staff which constantly change. Different faces same problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Just been turned away whilst trying to get medication for my mum, who is bed ridden barely breathing. Medication they didnt put through/ missed on a prescription from a few days ago. Managed to get two out of ten meds. But was told to go to a website instead of the drs putting through an emergency request for the inhalers. Thanks. Great service as usual.

My experience has been five star. Dr Raj Thakkar and others am have also taken a caring and professional approach to any occasions I have cause to be in in contact. Thank you all for what youre doing - I know its not easy for you all at times and the majority, if not all of us are on your side!
