I am so surprised with the negative reviews as I had quite the opposite experience. I am a very nervous patient and was booked in for treatment with Rhianna, she was amazing, extremely patient and reassuring. Rihanna explained everything to me but really took her time I did not feel pressured to be rushed out and both her and Rosa checked that I was ok throughout my treatment. Rhianna was so gentle and I felt no pain. I have been to many dentists due my anxieties with dental treatment and would highly recommend Rhianna and Rosa especially if you are a nervous patient.

16 year old anxious daughter needed teeth removed for orthodontic treatment. Arjun was so quick, made no fuss but made sure everything was clear for her further treatment. The dental nurse who stayed with my daughter was so kind and caring and made her feel 100% better. A great team. Thank you for making an unpleasant experience as swift and easy as possible.

Unprofessional and indifferent team. I have been waiting for an urgent appointment for my 7 year old daughter for more than 2 weeks. The secretary called me to offer me an appointment for my son, and since he only needed a checkup, I asked to change it for my daughter and they offered to call me back to accommodate this appointment for her . The secretary called me 30 minutes later and said that her colleague gave this appointment to someone else! These people at the front desk are definitely unprofessional and very rude!

My mum, aged 94 had a tooth problem. We managed to book a same day appointment. We arrived and the appointment was on time with all the staff where very helpful. Thanks

Cookham Dental practise has the lowest scoring reviews in the area by far for a reason (read previous reviews). The reception / administration is appalling /incompetent. The first appointment was cancelled as I walked through the door. At the second appointment I was told the booking never happened and that I was at fault. Phone history proved otherwise and the blame then moved on to new staff. I really recommend you look at another dentist
