AVOID this Rubbish Company we have been customers of Biffa over 4 years during Covid 19 closure we still paid them even premises was shut for 18 months. We have to close our business due to effected by Covid Crises... guess what we have been send in this below via email from BIFFA: Should you still wish to cancel with immediate effect, we shall require a termination fee of 41% based on your current service charges. The current termination fee as of 31/03/2023 is 334.42 plus VAT. There is no any contract our contract was for 12 months back in 2019 which expired This absolutely Shocking & disrespect of customers we lost our jobs no money still we have to pay for leaving the premises Remember to read their contract before signing Please Check first they are just a rip off company with Robotic Team who just get paid from us. Within four years their services was absolutely nightmare every time missing collection or keep prices up without any notifications. Before was no choice we have to sign up with Biffa within our area (Spelthorne & Surrey) Now there's direct waste services from Council which is much CHEAPER & Better you must use them to avoid this doggie company. We have try to sort out with Biffa manager Mr Daniel Perkins he is just one way sales man just interested in commission. Most of fake 5 star's are given by Staffs of BIFFA on Google page AVOID AVOID AVOID zero star
