If there was an option of zero stars, that's what Ariston would get! It is THE MOST APALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! The boiler broke down in the middle of winter. Similar to another review on here, the engineer took many weeks to come out and then blamed the system. We were made to have the system flushed out unnecessarily at our expense and we were charged a callout fee by Ariston, despite the boiler being under warranty. All in all it took MONTHS to supposedly get the problem sorted, including many phone calls, email and customer complaints! Now just 2 months after that, it has again developed a fault! I have made no less than 9 phone calls as well as sending emails, again to no avail. We haven't even had an engineer out to look at the problem and its three and a half weeks since it was reported!!! The time, stress and aggravation is just not worth it. DO NOT allow anyone to install an Ariston in your home if you value your time, health and above all, your sanity! Update: we have had 2 further issues and have given up with Ariston. They didn't sort the problem out the second time for a month due to waiting for parts! Our tenants were without hot water and heating and have consequently not paid rent for two months and have left! We have lost so much money, not to mention the huge amount of stress and are now replacing the boiler for a more reliable brand, though it is technically still under warranty!

I purchased the fixed fee repair, all seemed really positive at first, but went down hill quickly as Ariston were not able to confirm an appointment or advise me to why there was a delay in getting said appointment. Ariston appear to have serious issues with their contractors and this should be reviewed. After a week they remotely diagnosed my boiler after "talking to internal tech support" as a blocked secondarily heat exchanger which is not covered. I suggested it could be something that was covered (a diverter valve which it turned out to be) and they would not budge. I suspect they wanted to get rid of me. I would suggest due to the number of bad reviews and the unhelpfulness of Ariston UK for people to avoid them at all costs. Ariston should engage with their customers better.

Paid a crazy amount for repair work and was left with a mess all over the boiler and water left all over the place.

Terrible Customer Service, Bought a Boiler in 2017 with an 8 Year Warranty to be told by the Call Center that it only has 5, This whilst am sat looking at Various bits of Paperwork clearly stating 8 year extended warranty, Every time you ring them it's an absolute fiasco of being cut off mid call , on hold for an age, or getting someone who has English as a fourth language, Absolutely Pathetic.
