I have been working at this company for over 6 months, and I must say that I have been impressed with their dedication to improving their products and services. They have teams dedicated to enhancing their software and increase efficiency, even investing in upskilling employees to make sure they are adapting to new technology. I have noticed a strong emphasis on culture, which has made it a pleasure to work here, my opinions have always been heard and the doors are always open to all levels of the company for suggestions and ideas.

Has taken me many years to be able to post about my job experience here. I loved it and the people I worked with. I was shy and quiet but worked hard and learn fast. Then my supervisor moved jobs and I was assigned another one who had a very clear problem with me. It started with work I had been doing for ages being wrong on the system, even though I knew I did it correctly. She then started piling on work knowing I was only there for 4 hours a day due to having a young child. She even told me once I was not allowed to get in earlier than my hours or leave any later to get this work done. The system did not show who last logged in and changed data which was awful for me. I was warned by HR that my mistakes would mean Ild be fired and I knuckled down, stressed and worried, to get my work done correctly , even though I knew I was doing it correctly. Sure enough supervisor had a go at me the next day saying ALL my work was wrong. I was fired 2 weeks before Christmas. This was years ago but when someone mentioned reviewing old jobs etc I knew I had too. Look out for Emma, she will bully you and get you fired and then message you through the years asking to be friends!!!
