        I have a parcel ready to be sent to me it has been sitting in the post office for over 2 weeks and when I try to call multiple times a day nobody cares tk answer the phone

        Very poor customer skills when it comes to dealing with customer needing the post office assistance. Only happy to deal with customers buying alcohol or lottery. Avid if you can

        Check your change is all I am saying at the Post Office counter as I have been short changed a few times now by one particular member of staff - only a penny or two but this soon mounts up over the days/weeks/months Very underhand as mumbles the fee but my bad so will check receipt/change before leaving the counter in future

        I was there on late hours to post an important letter and the staff were quite helpful and cooperative. From my search this is the only post office which is open late hours in High Wycombe. Shop was clean and well stocked up. They have few parking space as well.
