        Went to redeem my energy support voucher. I still have over 50 in my metre so I wanted it credited to my bank account as I am moving soon and won't need the top up. They said they can only add it as top up. They scanned the barcode in the letter sent to me. I asked for my letter back but they did not give it back. I told them it is my letter with my details in it but they refused to give it back. The bar code is scanned meaning I can't use it anymore. If anything happens that has something to do with my details, i will bring this instance up.One star is actually too high a rating!!!.
