        Only takes small parcel returns for DPD - refused to take my pre-paid medium parcel return.

        Will not accept parcel returns (evri) despite having a label pre printed. There is no indication on website that its not possible. The website allows you to book a return. When you arrive with your parcel, the shop assistant will refuse to take your parcel. This has happened to me twice. Either offer the service at your shop or dont.

        This shop is listed as an Evri drop off point however they do not accept boxes as they are too large, no restrictions are mentioned on Evri so I believe this shop is just being difficult.
