I walked into an unmanned shop and waited patiently at the post office counter with my parcel, eventually a very scruffy young man came out from the back of the shop and told me he'll be back in a moment. So, 30 seconds later he did return, to inform me that the post office counter was closed for half an hour because the clerk was counting money. 1- why wasn't there a sign to tell me this? 2- why didn't the scruffy little oik tell me that when he first spoke to me? 3- why couldn't the clerk stop counting and serve me? This shop/post office has gone to pot. Terrible service and grumpy sruffy staff, you never get service with a smile.
