        The company advertises next-day delivery. I had ordered a transfer belt for a Samsung printer and after 3 weeks and 6 phone calls I finally gave up and cancelled the order. The lady on the phone was very nice each time and very apologetic (hence I give 2 stars) that they either didn't notify me that the item was not in stock for a week, that they hadn't sent it out, that DHL hadn't delivered it, that DHL claimed I wasn't in the house and took it back (which is a lie as someone was always home) and that finally DHL had not delivered again. The manager said the best he could do was to offer a refund but he refused to question DHL as their courier service, he insisted that it was me not opening the door for the courier. I had been without a printer for almost 4 weeks, quite a nightmare. Another company delivered within a day.
