        I had an ignorant driver leaving Guildford station at 1918 tonight. They had 2 entrance and I accidentally got the wrong entrance. Sprinted to the other entrance and the driver was just leaving. I caught him and he refused to stop. Unacceptable amount of hassle he caused to my journey from there. Not helped by the rail disruption.

        The driver driving the replacement bus service between Maidenhead Station and Marlow on Sunday 8th Decemeber was rude and inconsiderate. Leaving passengers out in the pouring rain whilst he was sat inside and then leaving the vechile without an apology whilst everyone was stood in the rain. I understand that there are policys to be adhered however he was blatantly inconsiderate and rude - not the way I expect the people in charge would like the company to be represented.
