        Patrick did a very good job. He took great care, he vacuumed, spot cleaned, presparayed, hot water extraction and brushed the carpet lay in one direction. he moved furniture and protected the legs with plastic protection. Extremely good value and a very professional result. Thank you Service: General carpet cleaning

        I choose this firm due to the positive reviews. I must say I found Patrick the owner incredibly rude and disrespectful. He has absolutely no customer service skills and I would never use him again. He over charged me for work, when he quoted one price and then charged me more. When i questioned this he was defensive and very aggressive and rude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND HE IS EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHERS. HE SEEMS TO THINK ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT ARE ARE CHEAPER DO POOR QUALITY WORK. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Service: General carpet cleaning
