Used the radio with out the car being on and drained my car battery, I had to get someone to come and jumpstart my car ! sent 2 emails to the company but no reply over 2 weeks now . Dont use this company! My cars not even clean, so many patches still dusty!

After arriving at the car wash I asked the employees on the 1st floor whether they had enough time to complete it (told them I was staying for 2 hours) - to which they said no and told me to go upstairs. After arriving upstairs I mentioned this to another employee (who cleaned my car) and he got angry about this and told his manager to which I tried to plead I never wanted anyone to get into trouble. He was obviously not happy at the time frame in which they were getting the washes done & this should have been my wake up call that quantity is valued over quality for this service. Spent 25 on the 'Gold package', potentially the worst 25 I've ever spent. This was supposed to include an exterior and interior wash which frankly, neither were properly executed. I asked the employee if it was okay that he didn't throw away anything in my car & just move it out of the car if needed. He spoke in very broken English and nodded his head whilst ushering me away after trying to explain this multiple times. I returned to my car and realised anywhere there was an item there was no cleaning done. I would've happily emptied my car for him if I knew this was going to happen. Not only this, there was still dust around most of the car (meaning it hadn't been touched) and where it had been cleaned there were streaks and stains. I will now have to wash the car again since such a poor job has been done and definitely will not be returning. This isn't really the place to say this but it's clear that customer satisfaction is not top priority when the replies to every comment here is copy and pasted with just a name change.

Very poor.. left the car covered in dirt still and it was a white car so they werent even trying to hide it. Inside paid to be vacuumed was still covered in dust etc. Told me I would have to pay for premium if I wanted more. Go to the team at Morrisons they are levels above this place.
