UNRELIABLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - booked through a coach broker for 10 friends for an evening out. Despite confirming the booking that morning I was contacted by the driver 45mins prior to our departure time cancelling CLAIMING he had put petrol in his diesel vehicle. Given he was a 'professional' driverl.....would we have wanted to be driven by someone making this kind of basic mistake? I doubt it. Most unhelpful response concluding with the driver telling me "at least nobody has died !!!" Factually true but very insensitive given the circumstances. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - UNRELIABLE
