The best cake company around! I ordered the choclatiest cake possible for a photo cakes. Rita called to check dimensions of photo and made suggestions as my photo was rectangular on a square cake. At the end of the party birthday girl cut into the cake and exclaimed that it wasn't chocolate! I called up immediately and Rita offered to send a new cake immediately. I declined this and got a full credit note for the value of the cake and FOUR extra chocolate slices too. Customer service at it's best. I am so glad I chose Cake Box.

Always had birthday cakes for all the family members from Cake Box. Every time we enjoyed them but not the last time. 30 of March bought the vanilla sponge cake from the shop and 4 cupcakes. After the first bite all cake and the cupcakes went to the bin. We are family of five and everyone said the cake and cupcakes are not fresh and got funny taste. My husband birthday was spoiled. Paid all together 30. Never ever will go where again.

I ordered 12 cupcakes and asked the shop to adjust my order to two flavours, as the website does not allow this. The lady at the shop very kindly accommodated me. The service was quick too, I ordered on Friday and picked up on Saturday. Unfortunately, I really did not like the taste. I've had cake box cakes before, and while every single cake tastes exactly the same (they only change the garnish, fruit in some, chocolate in others), the cakes are fluffy and soft, because there is very little cake and a lot of cream. While I am not crazy about the cakes, I dont mind having them occasionally. However, the cupcakes were really unpleasant. The cream wasnt fluffy, it was gooey and weird. I couldnt even finish one cupcake. Just not my cup of tea.

Only place to get egg less cakes. Cakes are fresh and tastes very good, we ordered birthday cakes, some of them customised as well but they have fixed designs to customize.
