Such a shame, the staff problems was evident the last 3 visits. Never got everything you want as out of stock (maybe walk 1 min up the right isle & get it lol) 2 staff on which isnt enough for the size & customer footfall. Needs a manager & some training, as breakfast is just warm & missing items! Having said that, the poor girl on the till that has to tell you its a 45 min wait is always very polite.

Went in on 31/10/22 place was a state. Waited for 30 minutes to get served then to say they had 'run' out of breakfasts. 7 customers walked out. The place needs managing, it's a joke. Run out breakfasts but they use there own produce

Awful. The staff act like they don't want you in there!! I visited here with my autistic son. The young man serving at the counter today needs some immediate customer service training. Very rude and disorganized. Whilst serving me he kept disappearing into the kitchen to argue with other staff about breaks. The food was awful. Undercooked and inedible, hair in food there was a lady who seemed new who was very lovely and tried to help but not much she could do when still learning the ropes. I will not be returning.
