If there is another bus service take it instead. The drivers are incredibly rude, to the point where they scream abuse at customers. The buses never show up and if they do it's verging on being almost an hour late. The buses are old and unclean and break down frequently. Not reliable and far too expensive in comparison to other bus services

Worst bus service ever! the 800/850 is always overcrowded and the wait times are ridiculous, and extremely overpriced. you have to wait Over an hour at reading to get the bus to wycombe really should be one every 30mins seems more reasonable. The quality of the buss are even worse. no charging ports, no wifi a disgrace. i suggest they take some inspiration from reading buses and make the buses more comfortable. Also very expensive buses, 4.20 for a students day pass and more for adults how ridiculous but i guess the managers and directors only care about getting their paycheck - a company ran by idiots, look to see what improvements they make
