        Excellent staff girl on the counter dealt with my query on the phone and as soon as I arrived at the cressex branch she was all ready for me with my aco drainage the yard guy was brilliant and attentive too but excellent staff thanks

        Rang up gave us a price on the phone then give you a more expensive price when collection there's no way at all anyone could run a business using these as a supplier

        I have used Gibbs and dandy on 2 occasions this week. The first time, I spoke to John on the phone who quoted 25 per sheet of insulation. When I arrived in store, they upped the price to 35 per sheet. So 60 difference in total. Whilst in store I asked for a price on wire mesh and was quoted 18. I came back the next day and was charged 26. When I queried this and reminded them they had only quotes me 18 yesterday, they reduced it to 22 and said that's the best they can do!. Not a way to run a business. I would avoid at all costs unless you want to get ripped off. They are enticing customers in with false quotes.
