My family loves going to the Mooboo in Eden Shopping Centre for the Frappe's. Unfortunately the staff always dampen the experience. Each time we want to order this product, we are told that they do not have ice. After being turned away a number of times, we addressed this issue with some of the staff members and they were rude and definitely did not treat us like regular customers should be. If staff do not want to make a product, then it should be taken down from the menu! I wonder if we take a bag of ice for them next time, would they make the frappes for us???

My family loves going to the Mooboo in Eden Shopping Centre for the Frappe's. Unfortunately the staff always dampen the experience. Each time we want to order this product, we are told that they do not have ice.
