Ivory Belle Wedding Dresses

I went there to buy a prom dress for my daughter last week. I can only say one word - terrible experience. Firstly, the stench upon entering makes me nauseous, like in a very poor thrift store. The woman then asked if we had an appointment and what size dress we were looking for. She showed us the direction of the sizes and .... that's it. She wasn't interested of us at all! Not helpful and rude staff. Very cold inside which is not a good idea in a place where you try on clothes. My daughter was very disappointed. The dresses are very poor quality and expensive. A change of staff would help the place but definitely a long way to go to meet a good shopping standard. AVOID this place !

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My bridesmaids dresses was in lost luggage and i needed emergency ones, Travelled far to just come see if they have what we need. Got kicked out the shop saying the close at 4 when they clearly close at 5, and saying the are serving a bride but we didnt need to try and dresses on just wanted to have a look. The lady seemed racist and did not care that we travelled far

Booked appointment for my daughter to have a look at prom dresses, thought there would of been a bit of help from staff but didnt get any, it was the dresses in your size are there then shown the changing rooms. You can take a maximum of 5 in. Daughter struggled to find a dress that fitted perfectly so decided to leave the staff didnt seem to bothered that we walked away empty handed
