Absolutely waste of time never have stock cup shortage and syrup shortage cant even take a order properly wish I never invested my money in frozen brothers joke of a company.. Ps its taken 3 months to get a machine fixed just to go and break down in a few days later.. no one from the company you can talk to regarding any complaints just a joke club

Not even worth the 1 star. Horrible towards the people that buy from these guys!! Worst experience. They dont care about customers buying from them atall. Taken 2 months for someone to be sent out to us to have a look at a fault!! Co2 has been wasted and I still dont have the money back they promised!! Never ever use these guys they do not care for customers who buy products from them! Stay away from these thieves!!! Its day light robbery what they do! These need to be reported to trading standards! They dont compensate for the machine being out of service or any losses incurred!!!!! So Im guessing everyone knows who the infamous Holly Thompson is? Still on going issues with the company. When a fault is reported frozen brothers are liable to fix the fault accordingly. They are failing to do this as I have had 4 visits from engineers regarding the same exact issue going onto my 5th visit and still not fixed. They are failing to go by their own terms and conditions. I have lost all faith in this company.

Absolute pathetic service! How on earth is trading standards not contacting these guys! Will be reporting them.. worst customer service with rude arrogant engineers. My lawyers will be seeing you soon

Appalling customer service. Such a shame as Tango Ice Blast is a great product. We've had the machine 2 months. Machine has broken twice and we have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for the engineer. Customer service can't provide any information on when we will see an engineer. Extremely poor and no understanding.
