Love the new salon, love Jazz and her team. Always made to feel comfortable and welcome, there are so many treatments on offer but I personally go for laser hair removal and waxing (of places not being lasered ) of which I have never had any complaints! Would highly recommend!

I went to this hairdresser with my daughter who is under the age of 7. The hairdresser gave her a cut that was uneven and wonky. As a child it is almost near to impossible to get your child to sit still however a good hairdresser would be able to manage. The haircut was from a significantly long length to something shorter. However there was no finesse to the haircut something that you would expect from a hairdresser. The hairdresser was rushing the haircut as the next client arrived ( who happened to be a child too) I felt like the hairdresser was rushing us so much that I didn't get to check properly at the end. When I got home and messaged the owner/manager she sent me the number of the hairdresser. The hairdresser did not answer and so I messaged her trying to remain as positive as possible. I even acknowledged the fact that my child moved around (which is normal behaviour for a child) and proceeded to tell her that the actual cut suited my child. She then messaged me the next day to proceed to offer a correction and pay an additional 6. So in conclusion I would not recommend this place to other parents. If you are looking for a clean haircut with finesse for your child this is not the place for it. There was no need to rush customers it demonstrates a lack of professionalism in a service based industry and the way the issue was dealt with was not to a satisfactory level.
