Went in for my very first Hydrating facial and came out totally relaxed! Jade was very professional and talked me through the process before proceeding. The products used were totally suitable for my sensitive skin and smelled great also. The head, neck and shoulders massage was wonderful, such a stress reliever. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing treatment or any maintenance treatments. I always return to my same therapist who is Jade, however all the staff are professional and lovely. From the moment you walk into the treatment room you feel relaxed with the spa feel. Every massage I have had with jade has been perfect, she is a highly qualified and experienced therapist who I would recommend to anyone. I will absolutely continue to use this salon.

I booked a 60 minute massage with beauty therapist Jade. From the booking customer service through to arriving, parking, checking in & to the massage itself it was absolutely fantastic. I arrived promptly & was warmly welcomed by Jade, i am usually anxious arriving somewhere new but was immediately made to feel welcome. The aroma in Altea is to die for, the scent of all the oils & scrubs in the reception gave such a chilled ambiance. Jade showed me to her beauty room which was warm, candle lit & had lovely relaxing music on. Jade listened to my concerns regarding certain areas of my neck & back. Jade used this info & professionally worked her way round each area frequently asking if the pressure used was ok & altered her techniques to suit each area of concern. After the 60 mins, jade gently covered each area she worked on with what felt like a warm weighted cover, it was a lovely way of slowing down the massage & bringing it to a relaxing end. I have to say I could of laid there for a further 60 mins, it was lovely. Have i booked in again. Absolutely! Thank you Jade & all the other lovely ladies at Altea. Service: Massage
