I walked in with no greeting the lady first said to me put ur mask on when she did not have hers on, she then said cash only when she should be taking card due to current situation, she then gave me her bank details to transfer the money into her personal account , I had my eyebrows threaded and she really messed up my eyebrows which took me 6 weeks to grow I mentioned to her that I wanted them thick but both my eyebrows look completely different i am very disappointed as she said they look totally fine her daughter shouted and argued with me in the shop saying they look perfectly fine but I did not like the fact that she was shouting at me I would never go back there as she was very unprofessional and did not even apologise

This is the best place to go. Brilliant service so friendly and I love being there. Treatments ate done so well. Give it a try you WILL NOT disappointed
