        Absolutely poor costumer service, cashier some of them are so rude , do not make any effort to listen the costumer . I really had an awful experience in the High Wycombe branche , cashier Aatir make feel unwelcome, stressed and upset . I am a Metro Bank loyal costumer since 2012 .I don't recommend to be costumer anymore. I will close my account.

        Slow counter service, unsmiling staff with their heads down ignoring queues, 3rd time in 3 visits this has been the case. It used to be better

        The branch manager (Leanne) and one of her team (Antonio) went out of their way to help me deal with closing an account held by my late husband. They were helpful, kind and flexible in their approach. Having tried to do the same thing at another branch and been treated abysmally, this was a very welcome change and an example of great customer service.
