        Love this bank. The features are pretty good, service is always good. The staff in this branch are really friendly, I even met the area manager once who just came up to everyone for a chat which was really personable. Only complaint is they could do with more staff! One who is always friendly is/was Jack (haven't seen him in a while).

        We recently signed up for a new bank account with Lloyds for a small start-up law firm. I was recommended by a friend who banks with them for a similar business. I put a request through the main Lloyds website and within a day or so I had been contacted by our business manager Neil Carr - i.e. a real person located just down the road from me, rather than the web of call centres and automated live chats we are all so used to. The process for signing up for an account was swift, easy and remote - our ID was verified electronically. The whole team (a shout out to Sonia on the Commercial Team and Anne on the Client Account Team) have done a great job of getting us set up. I look forward to banking with you for many years to come. Thank you!
