Absolutely awful customer service in branch last weekend. Went in to complete a simple name change and they spent 25mins in a back office with all of my ID, only to come out and state they needed more which was totally inaccurate. The staff at the High Wycombe branch are terrible

Disgusting customer service. After several appointments being replanned, we finally got to the appointment, spoke to someone and were told to wait with 1 person in front of us. When we were called for, where we were told you were 10 minutes late to you appoint! She claimed to have come out and didnt see us waiting, which was a lie as we were sat waiting, while she went out for 10 minutes, spoke to a colleague and then came back after running around. We parked in the Morrisons walked down and yes were 6 minutes late, waited 5 minutes in the queue and sat in the waiting area for 45. After 56 minutes of waiting to be seen, she had the audacity to say were late!!!! Absolutely disgusted with this behaviour, we will be looking for another bank to take our custom. No communication, no transparency, just a superiority complex and utter useless staff.
