        had a decent experience for my first visit. went back yesterday, the lady with red hair and brown eyes was disgustingly rude to myself and my family. my partners sister is vegan and asked for a fresh pretzel with no dairy and much to their despise they started talking in what seemed like another language and looking very displeased. we also downloaded the app which we had never used and we both had a free pretzel and drink to claim. after getting angry with both of us at not understanding the app (first time downloading) i didnt receive my free drink and they wanted to charge me full price, even though it was clearly stated on the app. disgusting customer service

        The staff is very rude, I asked the girl with red hair if she can make me fresh mini dogs for the child, but I received a very bad answer, I do not recommend

        8 for two pretzels, which were cold and stale. Staff weren't friendly, stood in there for a good few minutes before anyone came out the back. Shame really.
