Extortionate prices for the smallest of parts such as bulbs. Every item is highly overpriced against any other shop in High Wycombe. Would be cost effective to buy a new car instead! Grumpy, tired out (perhaps with their life) staff whom find it very painful to offer advice on the part you are seeking. Almost like they expect each customer to know the intrinsic knowledge about car mechanism before entering their humble establishment. Just choose a different place to buy anything. Simples!

Brought some fireworks from this shop they have the best selection around and the fireworks were amazing will definitely buy more for new years

I phoned for a bulb and gave my reg and was told they had it in stock , I went and picked it up and got home tried to fit and in doing so the bulb smashed into my hand , it was was the wrong bulb , the following day drove to inter part again told man behind counter what had happened he gave me another bulb and charged me for the new one. Completely wasted my time to have to go twice to get bulb , I cut my hand when the bulb smashed because it was the wrong one and then they charged me again when they gave me the wrong bulb in the first place . Did not even get an apology. I wont be using them again. I will stick with allparts
