I suggest not to waste your time money or effort dealing with Richard Clark as my experience has been extremely disappointing, I called and left several messages and sent emails and managed to get response after couple of weeks - finally spoke in depth with Mr clark about my various projects and emailed him my current drawings, information about my requirements to get some prices and again no response from few weeks again - sent in an email to register my complaint and get a poor response and no quotations. complaint was not deal with in any professional manner either. The cover excuse of staff being off is not acceptable to be honest as everyone is working from home, i only requested a price for some work which cant be hard for a simple change of used application especially if you have over 20 years experience. I would be ashamed if i offered such poor level of service to my customers and if there are that busy why even bother adverting ?? Best to avoid this company unless you want diss appointment i'm glad i found out sooner before agreeing as they would obviously be working at a snails pace after receiving the money and not be bothered about communicating back to the client or the council. Thank you for wasting my time Mr Clark and wish you the best on your retirement.
