Hazlemere Lodge, Care Home - Ambient Support

Absolutely mortified. Just been to view where my father should be moving into maybe not now after being shocked with the state of the room. They knew we was coming since Wednesday and the room was not ready with previous residents rubbish on the floors very dirty pee on the floors and around toilet. The walls need a paint and when I asked when are they being done was told dont know. Room was even being used as Christmas storage. Im horrified

My Aunt has only been with Hazlemere Lodge a short while but we cannot fault the care she is receiving. The staff are dedicated, kind and courteous and cannot do enough to make her comfortable. Without ever having to ask, they make sure we are kept updated about her condition and treatment. The staff do their best to accommodate the needs of both residents and their visitors in these very difficult times.
