This is a wonderful place for family camping - giving you the right degree of 'wild' and 'glamping' so both kids and adults can enjoy the experience. We've been twice with a few families and always had a brilliant time. The setting is a small wood in Sussex, with the atmospheric Bluebell steam train running close by (and much loved by the kids. There are only 9 tents so it's small and the camp wardens are on hand to help with any queries or issues. I really couldn't recommend it more highly. The tents are comfortable, you're provided with most of the things you need (bar bedding / food and drink) and you have access to clean toilet facilities, brilliant bucket showers, and the beautiful countryside. The kids can (safely) be left to their own devices while the adults switch off and chill out (and perhaps digital detox). A great break from the routine of normal life - you'll all return tired but exhilarated

This campsite is truly the most beautiful retreat. Lots of luxury comforts whilst still having small touches that makes it feel like an authentic outdoors experience. We particularly enjoyed the bucket showers which are cool little contraptions that are good camping fun but still far from basic, with staff ensuring you have plenty of lovely warm water to operate them with. Could not recommend more!
