        Sixt require that you waive your statutory consumer rights (cancellations and refunds) when pre-booking a hire car. Absolutely shocking company policy.

        Really helpful and no hassle. I will certainly use these guys all the time over the old company I used which seemed a bit more annoying during the process. Named tenderprise or something similar. Big ups

        I hired a small van for my dad and we came to pick it up but wasn't allowed to get the vehicle because of points in his license and the lady at the branch said she'd refund the money but still haven't received it and it's been over a month. We tried to contact customer service by email and it's useless and also called but it's also useless they just say to email again...
