Only 1 helpful member of staff,the foreign lady is lovely! Always patient and willing to help. But overall worst post office Always overcharging, worst customer service experienced. Staff have a lack of knowledge on their job and are very rude. Always check your receipts! They are thieves!!!! And the management is a disgrace. Never again

Terrible customer service. Staff do not listen to simple instructions of how you want items posted. & If you dont want to be overcharged every single time you go here, please dont take the chance. At this point I think its done to customers for their own financial gain. I will not be returning.

Worst post office ever. Says closes 4.30 on a Sunday, go at 4.20, there's a guy at the door saying there's already a queue so not letting anyone in any more. The advertised closing time of a shop is not the same as when employees in a shop finish work. If you want to finish work at 4.30pm, change the shop closing time to 4pm. Don't falsely advertise the shop as being open until 4.30pm if actually you will just close it before then if you feel like it. Completely unprofessional and will not be coming here again. Don't waste your time.
