Amazing customer service by Adriana who I believe is the manager there , had abit of an issue which got resolved in record time . Thank you so much .. its customer service & attention to detail like this that makes you never wana take your loyalty anywhere else

Brilliant staff Open later than other pharmacies Went to get pharmacy consultation from another they told me to wait 20mins....come to Bluedew and get to see pharmacist quickly Moved from Lloyds to this one

The Bluedew pharmacy should not be judged by its very small & humble shop front; the staff are providing the local community with an excellent service. Its evident that the staff genuinely care about their customers, knowing many by face & they also have reasonable prices (1 for 32 Paracetamols!). Highly recommend this small but dedicated pharmacy.

Very friendly staff and always had my medications on time, services provided were excellent and they advocated for me and my familys medications really well. Lovely experience and appreciate the effort they go through for us!

Always have to call them few times before I get my complete order. They usually blame it on GP that they never got prescription when I can see on my NHS app it has been sent off. Very poor service.
