        My experience at Brillen was not brilliant. The staff were friendly but some improvements can be made. My health check and eye test were uncomfortable. During the health check I had to bend over, why not have a height adjustable seat? I also had to call them, waiting for almost a month, to arrange the health check when the email I received told me they'll contact me to arrange an appointment.

        Had a great experience here! The staff Paula and Chana were great and the whole system was very well done. Great customer service and nice lenses !
