Terrible, experience, i wish my vison was fine so i wouldnt have to go back there. Please dont make me go back there.

I got an eye test here in February 2023 so that I could order a new contact lens prescription and paid 35 for the test. I was told the lenses would arrive within 7-10 days. I rang in early March 2023 because I hadnt heard from the store and they said that the lenses still hadnt arrived. In late March 2023, I went into the store in person to ask about where the lenses were and to complain, and was told they would take 7-10 days. In early April 2023, I broke my current glasses and went into the store to order replacements. When the contact lenses arrived, they were the wrong prescription - I had to wait for over 30 minutes while it was checked and then got told that they would need to reorder new lenses because it was the wrong prescription. Today I came to collect my glasses, and they are unusable. 404 for glasses and sunglasses due to my prescription being strong, and neither pair is the correct prescription - I felt sick within seconds of putting them on. I have been stood in store for over 35 minutes with different staff testing the glasses, checking my eyes, and then checking my current glasses and telling me that They should be fine. And now I am sat waiting for an optometrist because the front of house team have finally realised they cant gaslight me into taking the wrong glasses home. They wouldnt give me an estimated amount of time and I have now spent over 4 hours in this store as well as 500+ since February 2023 and have neither contact lenses NOR glasses to show for it which is also now impacting my ability to work. If you value your sight and your sanity, I recommend finding a Vision Express or a local optician.
