Horrible experience firstly I wanted one colour and the man said I couldnt do that colour, then I was forced to move my hand on multiple occasions because he was filing down too deep on my nail bed. The shape of nails are not done properly, my nails are not even the same length after grabbing my fingers so hard to try and match the length. Would never go back if you want your nails done properly dont go there. The service was just all together poor Service: Acrylic nails

The customer service from one employee was horrible. A grown man should NOT be raising his voice or be rude at a young female customer over nail polish colours. As a customer I have every right to view the nail polish colour on the shelf as the nail pallets are out of date and dont reflect the real true colour. Also I told him the nails were too long and he was not listening to what I was saying. I had to repeat this to him a few times and had to show him its not the same length on both hand. They will try an convince you to pay 27 for gel polish so it can dry quicker, this is a money making scheme so they can get through as many customers and rush the service. I am the customer and I am paying for a service, and after this experience I will definitely NOT return back to this place and definitely NOT recommend to anyone. Spend your money on a high quality service elsewhere, where they will treat you with respect and listen to what you want as a paying customer.
