        Each time I go into this branch, the staff are always friendly & helpful. The 25% discount offer today, was a nice surprise. It's a pleasure to shop there.

        All the reviews here are ancient from 3-5 years ago so here is an update. Oh my goodness what to say about their customer service the older Asian lady excellent at her job, the younger Asian lady absolutely stuck up and unhelpful like she feels to good to work there, one white girl with hair tied back darkish hair very miserable and rude and unhelpful and condescending, the young blonde lady was helpful and fantastic think she is the manager or supervisor maybe. So very 50/50 so we'd say avoid and go to another body shop anywhere but here unless you find the two nice ones there. Hope that is helpful to you x

        I would like to just take the time to leave a positive review for the body shop in Walthamstow. I visited the store today as I made an order online for click and collect. The staff at the Walthamstow store are very polite, helpful and friendly. The young blonde lady that helped me today was very kind, friendly and helpful. Ive visited this store a few times and this young lady always has a smile on her face which is nice to see. So thank you for making my visit to the store very pleasant, and helping me pick out a lip butter product which I love!
