The Fragrance Shop

Went to the store today around 4pm and there were to female staff who couldnt care less if theres any customer in the shop or not. They were both too busy sitting down on their phones. I was in the shop for a good 3 mins and they still didnt acknowledge me or even look at me so that I dont ask them for help since they were clearly too busy on their phones. Whoever manages this store needs to check cctv and see what their staff really get up to. I felt soo angry that I walked out and went next door to the perfume shop and purchased my 4 perfumes from there instead. Customer service really needs to be corrected in this store as you lost out on hundreds of pounds from just one customer due to lazy and rude staff. Even whilst I was walking out I even said loudly ok guess Ill buy from somewhere else then but the staff still didnt seem to care. They were probably relieved. Really disappointing since I am a regular buyer of perfumes from the fragrance shop but dont think I will be returning

Avoid if you want to order anything online. Cheap cheating, no chance to contact.
