I am international student from Germany and I visited the Firs today for the first time. My overall impression was very great and I cannot agree with bad reviews. I got an appointment within 2h and all support I couldve asked for. A great medical Center.

Got an emergency appointment within the day. Have never been here before. Registered, requested an emergency appointment via Klinik which has been easy . The website is also kinda easy to navigate through. The doctor was nice and friendly.

I am so disappointed with Drs who should be taking care of me as patient. After serious health problems - begging of Jan I asked about blood test and has been referred to hospital /that's what I has been told /. Result of blood was not perfect, GP called me not to worry and explained it is not serious and to wait for letter from hospital. It was a half Feb when my body couldn't take it anymore and I ended up in A@E. Of course my referral never left GP practice. After appointment at hospital Gp refused to prescribe medication requested for another hospital appointment/treatment, apparently I never been admited to hospital according my notes in system at Firs, Gp explained she work from home and she is not able to log in. At hospital I have been explained GP will do prescription. My condition did not get any better I guess it will take some time but because of problems I still suffer I requested another referral to make sure thing are not getting worse. Of course GP refused again, "it's too soon to have another referral". I wish to have an appointment with senior GP for change to deal with my problem.
