Ordered the purple and red flower basket for my wife for our anniversary, and she absolutely loved it. Although the website said delivery would be in the afternoon, I asked for 'as early as possible' in the special instructions box and they arrived well before midday. Excellent service and beautiful flowers.

Fantastic service. Phoned me as they had discovered an error in my order and corrected my mistake. Went out of their way to deliver the flowers on time and phoned again to check that I had given them the correct address (next door house was an A number). Brilliant service that I recommend to anyone Update: Just actually seen the flowers and they were beautiful. Thank you

Ordered funeral flowers online and was a little apprehensive as to whether the flowers that arrived would be anything like the picture on the website. I needn't have worried they were exactly like the picture, fresh, beautiful, and so reasonably priced. Will definitely use Felices flowers again and would happily recommend them to others.
