Put in a winter coat for dry cleaning and a bag for zip replacement. The coat came out with stains on the outside where the buttons are on the inside, the bag was fitted with an inferior quality zip with paint flaking off. Would not use again.

I have had my winter coat dry cleaned some weeks ago here. I guess the reason for the cheap price (11?) is the low quality - my coat wasnt brushed, with dog hairs still attached. I had to take it another dry cleaning shop in Clapton, where I paid 5 more for a full service and my coat looked brand new.

Afraid to say, alteration service is not good at all, with pretty poor attention to detail and finishing. Brought in a woollen coat to reline and a pair of suit trousers to take in. These were not really well done first time (first 6 pictures). Brought them in again to fix and it is still a quite poor job - including visible stitching on coat sleeves which I am really not happy about (and not straight to add insult to injury). Will now have to take these elsewhere to fix. I just hope the coat isnt ruined as it is a made to measure fine wool coat. Really not happy.

Mark was quick to respond and able to help out with my order for dry cleaning. When the order changed last minute, it was no problem and even advised me on their prices so I didn't waste my money! The pickup and delivery was prompt and easy and they were able to work around my timings. 10/10 service, definitely recommend! Services: Special care fabric cleaning, Clothing alterations & repairs
