If I could give no one stars I would. Dropped 2 dresses to be taken up and pressed. The dresses were not at the shop when I went to collect, I had to drive 20 minutes to the other out let to collect. One of the dresses had been altered, but the other has not. These were dressings for a wedding the next day, I cannot now wear the dress. The man in the shop, perhaps one of the family who owned it, did not give a dam. No apology at all. All he kept saying was - well one was done. How does that help. I would not recommend ever using them . Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Very Nice Man was able to get my clothes tailored and pressed for a affordable price with the additional service of getting belt holes added .

Put two coats in to be cleaned. Filthy. Smell. In a worse state than when I put them in. So disappointed. Spent nearly 20 quid. Can I have a refund?
