The Dental Design Studio

Beware. I was refereed here by 111 due to chronic tooth pain. The surgery is old and looks dirty. The dentists leave their doors open so the waiting room can here all private information from all patients. The dentist who saw me was very dismissive of my pain , said it was down to poor oral hygiene and it was my gums which were causing the pain. Said there was nothing wrong with my teeth whatsoever . 24 hours later I got to see my usual dentist - they quickly found a large crack in a back tooth which was causing huge amounts of pain - nothing to do with my gums. I would avoid this place if you can, and find a dentist who what they are doing . (He said the same thing to me as the patient before , I know this because he left the door open!)

I have had a very pleasant experience with Karen. I am usually very wary of coming to the dentist. Karen made me feel very relaxed and put me to ease. I came in with a very painful infected wisdom tooth and Karen treated my infection, I instantly felt better. I am sure to say I will be coming back here to see Karen for my check ups.

I am terrified of the dentist and went here with an abscess that wouldnt go. Dr Karen and her team could not of been more caring, sensitive and understanding. They didnt rush me and worked with me to make the treatment as pleasant as possible. I return for a course of treatment that I would never of considered if I had not had such a positive experience. I cant thank Dr Karen and her team enough for their care and understanding.

I went to the dentist with my dad because I had a toothache,the dentist man was rude to my dad,the dentist man told my dad to leave,he said to my dad get out and the dentist man said your waisting my time. I didnt like what he said and my dad was sad. We didnt like how the dentist man treated us. He didnt even apologise and I hope next time he wont treat us and other people rudely. But the Reception lady was nice to us.
