        Very poor experience. I am speechless. Never coming back here. Rude, unprofessional and unconcerned. not a braids specialist do not be deceived. Update: Further to the response below is another reason to avoid this salon. Not taking any accountability for poor customer experience blaming the customer when you know deep down this is not true creating a different version of reality to protect your ego is just poor. Poor culture
