It's alright. Had one good experience and the staff were nice. Would want to visit and see how it is after 3 years.

Incredibly rude - spent most of my treatment time speaking about me and laughing at me in their language unprovoked. Both the salon owner and the therapist didnt realise that even though I was wearing headphones I could hear what they were saying and I knew that they were talking about me because a few words were said in English (and were references to a previous treatment that I had had done there before but the salon owner went onto lie and say that they were discussing a haircut that they had done for a client yesterday) so I knew that the owner and that member of staff were talking about me. I told them both I am in the industry too and as a therapist and a client I know that it is not nice to hear the service providers talk about you in such a way. Both of them remained completely silent throughout the duration of the treatment. WHY? Because they are guilty as charged. I am not happy with my right eyebrow but because I was so upset with the service today I left without even saying anything

Very bad customer service! Better to avoid ! She's rude and embarrases you infront of other people without even thinking, she has no people speaking skills and very dismissive
