These people haven't got back to me after putting in faulty implants that cause cancer . my surgeon has been struck off .I have emailed complaints about 6 times and promised a call back still nothing after 4 month of chasing them. I have 10 year warranty and they refuse to fix the problem.Honestly PLEASE BECARFUL DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING DONE WITH THEM .LUCKILY I FOUND A SURGEON IN HARLEY STREET WHO NOTICED .stay away !!!

From my very first consultation, through all my phone appointments to my post op appointment today, the staff at the Maidstone clinic made me feel relaxed, at ease and understood. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to give me the best experience. A particular shout out to Grace who handled most of my admin and also the nurse Aisie, who took such good care of me today when I went in to have my stitches out. I could not recommend them more! This was the best but biggest decision Ive ever made and I am beyond thrilled that I chose Transform and that Maidstone was my closest clinic. Dr Lahoud is also a rhinoplasty genius. You wouldnt regret using Transform for your cosmetic surgery/treatments.

I have had two breast reductions with the transform, the first one in 2016 was absolutely amazing, which is why I chose to return back to transform more recently, because I thought I would of been taken care of. Throughout booking my second breast reduction, my experience seemed very unprofessional as most of the correspondence was done via text message rather than email through the lady on reception. If I didnt reply quick enough to the text messages she would then send me a text of ?? Which I found to be incredibly rude and not acceptable as I work long hours and this is also not a process that should be rushed. Secondly, every time I would book an appointment to go and see either a nurse or surgeon i would be left waiting there 45 minutes to an hour after appointed time with no explanation. My surgery the first time back in 2018 was absolutely amazing. The scarring was beautiful, was exactly what I wanted and was the main reason I felt comfortable returning to transform. Unfortunately this time around was the complete opposite, my scars after being completely healed are horrendous, and my breasts are my biggest insecurity now as I have multiple concerns with them. After the surgery, I was unable to make it to the follow appointment (which I let them know ahead of time) due my uncles funeral and asked several times to be booked in again but heard nothing back so I then it to email and complained. The person answering my complaint email asked me if I would like to book an appointment through him to see my surgeon to which I said yes but have still not heard back about a date or time that I could be fit in or any of the issues that I expressed to him to be sorted out. I am still waiting now for a response to the multiple emails I have sent which were over a year ago now.

I have wanted a breast uplift for a number of years as I have always lacked confidence in how they looked. I came across transform and was particularly interested in talking to them because of the finance options they provided. My first phone call was with Sophie Marriott who made me feel at ease straight away. Sophie has been with me throughout my journey and is a major factor in why I chose transform, nothing is to much trouble for her and I'm a worrier who rings her with questions all the time and I've never been made to feel like I'm asking to much. I first met my surgeon Dr Reza Alamouti through video call and then in person before my op at the Maidstone Clinic. Dr Reza is professional but also caring, I felt I was able to ask him any question without being made to feel stupid and this was particularly important to me as I wanted a surgeon who I felt I could be completely comfortable with. I went ahead with my surgery in November at the Harley Health Village. Everyone was professional and kind and I felt truly looked after throughout my stay, particularly as I was there alone due to covid restrictions. My surgery went well and I stayed overnight, the room was good, food was great and I was helped to the car the next morning by the staff. I am now one week post op and have been to the Maidstone clinic to check my healing, everything is going well and I am so happy with the results. The nurse is friendly and explained everything clearly about how I should be taking care of myself. Grace who works at Transform Maidstone is also very helpful and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and have a chat with you. Big thank you again to Sophie and Dr Reza, you have made me feel comfortable and confident throughout every step of my journey with Transform.
