        Adrian is professional and a wonderfully personable. Popped in to Maidstone optical express and needed new frames for my lenses. Expected to wait approximately a week. They were done on the spot only a 10 minute wait. Exceptional service.

        I had considered having laser eye surgery for some time. So I decided to book a free consultation with optical express, the friendly welcome received on the day from Karrie and the information she gave along with the clearly explained pricing and payment options, helped me to make the choice to go ahead with the surgery. I was apprehensive on the day of surgery but the staff were friendly and provided reassurance. I felt no pain during the procedure and it was over really quickly. The follow up care has been exceptional and I am really pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend a consultation with optical express for any one considering this procedure.
