Craig and his team converted our loft last summer. I wholeheartedly recommend his work which he completed to a high standard. He offered sensible recommendations to make the most of the space and his fee was competitive. He's clearly an experienced builder and was highly organised. The work was completed very quickly ahead of schedule without cutting corners. A year on, everything is still looking great and we're delighted with the new space in our home. Definitely give Craig the opportunity to quote for your work - you won't be disappointed.

Cannot recommend Craig and his team highly enough. Completed a loft conversion for us, started on Jan 13th and finished the structure by Feb 13th. Whole team are grafters and all work hard to get job done to a high standard. Craig has his core building team but also brings in experts on the plumbing, electrical and decorating side who all have the same great work ethic and levels of quality. Finally costing was very competitive and the advise and guidance was always on point which made the whole experience even more satisfying. If I had another loft I'd use Craig and team.

What an excellent service. Our house was transformed and Upper Room Lofts were fantastic. Started on the day they stated and completed early, with an excellent finish with Craig even checking in a month later to ensure all was fine. Can't recommend highly enough.
